In recent years, Hydroton has built a strong reputation in designing hydraulic systems for waste processing. Our products are used worldwide, including in emerging economies where waste flows are growing exponentially. We are asked regularly to design new products or to think of ways to improve existing waste processing and recycling machines. We have the capacity to efficiently carry out both single piece and serial production of hydraulic drive systems. You can also count on our technical support in case of emergencies. Outage analysis offers the opportunity to further develop and perfect products.

Mobile systems
We design compact, highly efficient drive systems for mobile machines such as self-pressing containers, tippers, conveyors and collection vehicles. Smart solutions optimise the payload and make use of the machine’s full potential. Heat development is reduced by using high-quality components. This results in a powerful tailor-made product, a perfect fit for your machine.
Unique serial numbers for traceability
In addition to the design and construction of several prototypes, we provide serial production, (export) packaging and shipment of these drives. Each drive is assembled according to a fixed protocol, tested and provided with a unique test report before the product leaves our factory. The drive remains traceable thanks to unique serial numbers. With these serial numbers, ordering and delivering spare parts in the future will be easy. Of course, our experienced service team is here to support your technicians in the event of an emergency!

Stationary systems
The areas that need attention are different for fixed hydraulic drive systems and for mobile drive systems. Stationary drive systems for waste management are often in operation for long, continuous periods and need to deliver a lot of power. They are generally equipped with multiple operable functions and a cooling system, because of the high load capacity. With years of experience in many different technical branches, Hydroton will design and build the right hydraulic drive system for your machine.
