Hydraulic test units
These 9 mobile hydraulic test units will be used at a production facility of hydraulic loading systems. With the built in customized industrial computer all processes are being simulated, powered and logged. When the automatic protocol has been finished, a test report is printed and the tested product is ready to ship to the end user. The hydraulic powered test units are all executed with a 30kW electric motor and high pressure plunger pump.
Hydroton has designed and built this customised turn-key solution, and was involved in this project to develop this product to our clients’ needs from start to finish.

Hydraulic pipe fitting test bench
With the purchase of this test bench, this customer created the opportunity to have their product certified by several inspection authorities. As a result, the customer can now supply to a new market. The requirements of quality authorities are met by combining proportional hydraulics, water hydraulics, vacuum technique and control technology. The test bench is suitable for pipe clamps with a diameter of 50mm to 400mm, which can be submitted to varying endurance tests. With the computerised control, data can be read out in real time and recorded in a unique test report. In addition to the complete mechanical and hydraulic design, Hydroton provided a turn-key solution, including electronic control, user manual, multi-year maintenance plan and CE marking.
