Quality Policy
In order to guarantee the high quality of our products, Hydroton B.V. works according to fixed procedures and with standardized documents. These protocols are laid down in the ISO-9001 quality management system, which is audited annually by TÜV Nederland. The quality manual has been produced by Hydroton B.V. with the aim of recording the quality management system in such a way that the products or services Hydroton B.V. develops, manufactures and delivers fulfill a market need, correspond to customer expectations and specifications as well as legal regulations, codes and standards.
Hydroton B.V.’s policy is focused on long-term economic success and on fulfilling market needs and expectations through strategy, human resource management, growth and efficiency.

The policy mentioned above shows that a comprehensive quality management system is indispensable for ensuring our long-term success. The objectives, as stated above, are long-term objectives. Short term objectives are specified in the annual management review.
To support this policy, we have opted for a quality management system as described in the standard NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2015, which is the latest standard.
Hydroton B.V. has been certified according to NEN-EN-ISO 9001 since 1997.
All employees have been informed and instructed accordingly.
